The company was founded in 1996 and has a registered head office located in Cabanas, Spain. The company's production range includes product-carriers, chemical tankers, oil products tankers, multi-purpose vessels, container-carriers, offshore platforms, naval vessels, as well as fishing and support vessels. It also offers repair services, such as steel replacement, cleaning and painting, repair and replacement of machineries, pipelines, systems and arrangements. The company also provides offshore construction of block-modules of topside structure for stationary drilling rigs, repair and modernization of jack-up drilling rigs.
